  My 69 pop up plug was pulled out and dismantled by a kitten. They say that this voids my warranty, however I don't see how a kitten can break off a metal base that's stuck to a plastic length on the bottom of the stainless plug. Apart from their lack of enthusiasm to fix the plug or claim on the warranty after only 8 weeks of use, the guy Heath called me quotlovequot when I said that I won't be using them for my laundry reno or downstairs bathroom. He said.... quotWell that's up to you Lovequot. I didn't realise dinosaurs still roamed the earth! It was condescending and not helpful. As for the inferior product, no I'm not going to buy another one, the quality one that's in my spa that I got from someone more useful didn't break. Bathrooms by Design plug also scratched in a matter of weeks, so why would I buy another from people like that! This is the second claim out of just a few items I bought from them. The previous claim was somewhat disinterested and lethargic after a stainless fitting came scratched in the box. AVOID THESE GUYS
